Getting Started
How to create your first video in Vidmonto
A practical first-run guide: choose Text, Image, or Video mode, set duration and format, then generate your baseline.
Vidmonto has three creation paths: start from a text idea, upload images, or upload existing video clips. The first run creates a baseline video that you can compare against later tweaks.
Choose the right starting mode
- Use Text when you only have an idea, script, product description, or campaign brief.
- Use Image when you have product photos, lifestyle stills, screenshots, or visual references.
- Use Video when you already have footage and want Vidmonto to edit, grade, add music, captions, or transitions.
Set format and duration
Before you start, choose the aspect ratio and target duration that match the channel you are creating for. Use 9:16 for short-form social, 16:9 for web and YouTube, and 1:1 for square feed placements.
Your first generation is the baseline. After it completes, use Visual Adjustment to create a tweaked version without losing the original comparison point.
Generate and review
Click Start AI Edit and wait for the generation pipeline to complete. When the video is ready, review the output, then adjust style, hook, color, captions, music, audio balance, transitions, or voiceover if needed.
